Ok, so count my vote in with the "NO's" on this one...

I wasn't really concerned about the tax itself. (We don't eat out that often anyway.) I'm not really even against building an arena (like we really need another one).

I just don't think it is wise to spend money you don't have on something you don't need when you are already heading for bankruptcy as it is...
